Buggy friendly walks Meath – Bettystown Strand

Bettystown Strand is a truly fabulous spot to visit. The fact that parking is an option on the beach highlights the accessibility of it. Stretching all the way to Mornington in one direction and Gormanston in the other, the views do not disappoint. Although we walked the full length to Mornington (over 1 hour) I would suggest staying around Bettystown and opt to walk out and back. The sand here seemed much harder and therefore more buggy friendly. Unfortunately this was not the case further along and so some ultimate buggy pushing ensued. Thankfully we made it home just in time for nom noms and a well earned cuppa for Mama!

Go forth and explore more walks in Meath. You can read about them here.
