Tramore (meaning big strand in Irish) is a 5km long beach located south of Waterford City. It is a very popular beach  destination especially during the summer months. This is a short walk but can be extended by doing a loop taking in part of the town also. We chose to stick to the promenade. Recommend Moe’s Cafe for tea and stuff!
